From Lopue’s East Bacolod City, the distance to the resort is around 21 kilometers and can take you anywhere between 30 to 45 minutes of travel depending on how fast you drive or how well your vehicle handles an uphill climb. The road to the resort is more than 90% paved, so there is no need to worry much about the wear and tear on your vehicle’s suspension system. The remaining 9% or so of the road, though not paved, is easy to navigate because it is not that rough and there are no huge stones or rocks buried deep beneath the road. The only thing that you have to prepare for is the really steep climb, oftentimes necessitating the use of your vehicle’s lower gears.

Just be prepared though because if you opt to use this route, some sections may be a bit tricky to navigate.

A beauteous wooden bridge arches above an irrigation channel, the appearance of which has been greatly enhanced to complement the overall enchanting look of the resort. To complete the effect, the owners and planners of the resort have added waterspouts that shoot jets of water up in the air in gentle arches similar to what you see in elegant fountains. As you come near the bridge, the sound of rushing waters and singing birds greets your ears, calming your soul and emotions.

Landscaped gardens filled with beautiful plants and flowers, most of them are wild and can only thrive in high-altitude areas, line the side of the resort adding to its already bewitching beauty.
